With more than 10 years of experience in producing shows and radio management, Mr. Battaglia has worked with hundreds of professionals. He manages operations and oversees business growth at Airtime Partners as well as maintaining an ownership interest in a major market talk radio station.

A radio entrepreneur, Mr. Henderson has developed and syndicated long- and short-form talk radio programming, as well as handled national media campaigns for top financial and health firms. He oversees market expansion and host recruiting for Airtime Partners, and works to develop fresh new brands for the company.

Having worked with financial and health professionals to create their own radio shows for close to ten years, Mr. Rowan brings unique experiences in marketing to the table to help our hosts build their own radio show. A native of New Jersey, Mr. Rowan has overseen and managed radio stations in Southern California and now consults with professionals across the country to develop their own local radio shows. As our Executive Producer, he is the first line of contact with each host on our shows.

A 25+ year veteran of the Los Angeles talk market, Mr. Baumbach has worked with some of the top talk radio hosts in the country to hone their on-air skills and develop effective commercials through script writing and production wizardry. Now, he oversees all new host training and development for Airtime Partners.

A native of New York City, Mr. Battaglia is the chief consultant to Airtime Partners, advising it on issues of marketing, expansion planning, and improving client service methods. Mr. Battaglia has previously owned several talk radio stations in the Northeast as well as managed radio stations. He is an entrepreneur who has run various businesses for over 40 years.

Having built hundreds of websites from the ground up, Mr. Mosier handles our show and corporate websites and works directly with our hosts to ensure their company information is kept up to date for when listeners want to contact them. Mr. Mosier also works with our hosts to put their photos on their local show website, and troubleshoots any website issues.
